Collect registration forms from all municipalities
Analyse registration forms currently used by municipalities
Prepare assessment overview
Identify suitable municipalities (10-14) for the Project

Review of CDC data already collected
Analysis of data from suitable municipalities
Identification of data gaps
Development of information material for suitable municipalities & circulated prior to visits explain project purpose and design
Develop a recommended standard for ‘Framework for Collaboration (FFC)’ between CSO and a municipality
