AHNA Mandatory Disclosure Form to ZB I Participants
Review the mandatory disclosure form with all the Registered Nurses (RN) in the ZB I class. See last slide in this PowerPoint presentation. Request one RN to document the Instructor and Table Assistant(s) made the required disclosures. The Instructor and each Table Assistant respond to the disclosure statements. The Instructor reads the AHNA statements. The RN signs the form acknowledging the disclosure took place and hands it to the Instructor. The Instructor submits the disclosure form to ZBHA along with all the other class forms. Zero Balancing is a Registered Trademark of ZBHA.

Paradigm – Define Holistic Nursing
Holistic Nursing Holistic Nursing is defined as “all nursing practice that has healing the whole person as its goal” (American Holistic Nurses’ Association, 1998). Florence Nightingale, who is considered to be the founder of Holistic Nursing, taught nurses to focus on the principles of holism: unity, wellness and the interrelationship of human beings and their environment.
