1 ACE Secure Data Portal - Accounts Tab - Statements
The Periodic Statement Calendar allows brokers and importers to select the print date of the Preliminary Periodic Monthly Statement. Brokers and Importers can review Periodic Monthly Statement data via the “Statements” link in the ACE Portal’s Accounts tab. A preview of the Account Revenue (AR) – 007 Periodic Statement Quickview – Broker or Importer report displays upcoming and future Periodic Monthly Statement (PMS) data, which includes PMS numbers, date, status and total duty, taxes and fee amounts. The AR – 007 Periodic Statement Quickview – Broker/Importer report can be saved, printed, exported or modified from the Periodic Statement Quickview portlett. The “Launch Tool” button at the bottom of the page opens the AR – 007 Periodic Statement Quickview report inside a new internet browser window.

2 ACE Secure Data Portal - Accounts Tab - Reports
Brokers and Importers can launch the ACE Reports interface by clicking the “Reports” link inside the Task Selector portlett from the ACE Portal’s Accounts tab. Please ensure that your internet browser’s Pop-Up Blocker feature is disabled. The Pop-Up Blocker may be disabled from the internet browser’s tool menu or from the “privacy” tab inside the internet options menu.

3 ACE Reports - Documents Tab - Folder Panel and Preferences Screen
After launching the ACE Reports interface, please ensure that first-time report users have set the required “Web Intelligence” settings from “Preferences” located on the top right-side of the internet browser window. The following “Web Intelligence” settings should be selected: “View” can have either the HTML or Applet setting selected. “Modify (creating, editing, analyzing documents) should only have the Applet setting selected. After selecting the preferences settings, click on “Save & Close.” Users will need to reload the page for the settings to take effect.

4 ACE Secure Data Portal – Account Revenue Folder’s Report List
The track Periodic Monthly Statements (PMS), the trade community frequently runs the following two Account Revenue (AR) reports: AR – 007 Periodic Statement Quickview – Broker/Importer Report - Provides a list of upcoming Periodic Monthly Statements (PMS) that are due for payment to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This report provides the PMS Number, date, total duty, tax, and fee amounts. AR – 007 Periodic Statement Detail – Provides a list of upcoming Periodic Monthly Statements (PMS) that are due for payment to U.S. Customs. This report provides additional PMS information, such as the PMS Number, Daily Statement Number and date, entry number, status, entry date, payment due date, entry type, filer code, broker reference number, and duty, tax, and fee amounts. Account Revenue Reports are refreshed hourly

5 Running AR – 007 PMS Quickview Broker / Importer Report
The report user clicks on the Account Revenue (AR) folder and the list of available AR reports displays on the right-side panel. To launch an AR report, double-click on the report title or select the report title, right-click with your mouse and select “view.” A prompts box will display. Users can accept the default prompt values or enter a specific prompt value, then click on “OK” to run the report.

6 AM – 007 PMS Quickview – Broker / Importer Report
After data generates on the report, this is how the report displays. The standard report view is in “Reading” mode. ACE Reports viewed in reading mode are primarily read-only, and, thus, limited in functionality. The left-side panel contains a document summary and additional pane buttons. The right-side panel is where the report displays. Above the report a user will see a toolbar with basic report commands. The right-side of the tool contains the report view modes: Reading – This is the default view in ACE Reports. This view allows the user to review the report and perform basic commands. Design – This view allows a user to display and manipulate the report. It contains the same view options as reading and additional design tools to manipulate the report. Data – This view shows the structure of the data in the report. On the left pane in Data view mode shows a list of all the data objects in the report. If a user selects an object, a list of all the unique values are displayed for that object in the report. If you need to rerun the report, click on the refresh button at the bottom right-side corner or on the refresh icon on the top menu bar. At times, you may need to scroll through pages because of high volume records in the report, so be aware of the page # arrows or you may use the scroll bar. Also look out for the exclamation point next to the refresh button, this will indicate that partial results exist. If this occurs, narrow down the criteria.

7 Saving, Exporting or Printing the AM - 007 PMS Quickview – Broker / Importer Report
2 1 After the report generates results, a user can save, export or print the report in “Reading” mode. To save a report, the user clicks on the “Save” icon and a “Save Document” dialogue screen displays. A user can select the “ACE” button on the left-side of the dialogue screen to save the report to the ACE Reporting tool, and can select “My Favorites” or any other user-created folder to save the report. If the user selects “ACE”, an “Advanced” button will appear that allows a user to select an option to refresh the report every time it is run, or a user can indicate to retain the data on the report by unselecting the “refresh on open” check box. To export a report, the user clicks on the “Save” icon and a “Save Document” dialogue screen displays. The user needs to select “My Desktop,” “My Documents” or “My Computer” to save the report to their computer’s hard-drive. If a user exports a report in “Reading” mode, the only available file type formats are .PDF, Excel 2007, Excel (earlier versions) and .TXT. A user can export reports in the .CSV format from “design mode” under the “Data Access” and “Tools” tab. Excel 2007 can hold 1,048,576 rows by 16,384 columns (also for 2010 and 2013 versions) Excel 2003 can hold 65,536 rows by 256 columns (also for earlier versions)

8 Running AM – 007 Periodic Statement Detail Report
The report user clicks on the [+] next to the Account Revenue folder and the Workflows sub-folder. The list of available AR reports displays on the right-side panel. To launch the report, double-click on the report title or select the report title, right-click and select “view.” A prompts box displays. The user can accept all default prompt values, but the user is required to complete the “PMS Date (Begin)” and “PMS Date (End)” prompts, and then click on “OK” to run the report. The “PMS date” is equal to the 15th business day of the month when the Periodic Monthly Statement is due for payment. To review historical PMS data, a user must enter the previous due dates of the PMS they are looking for to review and change the “Desired Status” prompt to Closed.
