THE GREAT ROOM Why is it so great? The great room provides a large, unified space that combines functions of a family room, living room, and dining room all in one.

THE GREAT ROOM Great rooms can take up to 10-15% of a homes total square footage. Sizes can range anywhere from 400-600 square feet.
