What type of pathogen is Cholera ?
~Cholera is a bacterial disease and deadly if not treated. ~The pathogen is bacterial. ~The type of pathogen is called vibrio cholerae. ~Cholera causes severe watery diarrhea, that can lead to dehydration and death if not treated.

HOW IS CHOLERA CONTRACTED?
Cholera is contracted from: - Eating contaminated food - Drinking contaminated water - Raw or undercooked shellfish from the Gulf of Mexico - Natural disasters - Water treatment facilities

HOW IS CHOLERA SPREAD? Cholera is spread: - Through contaminated fecal matter - Spread rapidly in areas with inadequate treatment of sewage and drinking water -From person to person transmission - Unsanitary and crowded living conditions - Using contaminated water for cleaning or waste disposal - Traveling from other countries

O: Thoroughly cooking food like fish and shellfish O: Washing our hands O: Not being dirty O: Taking care of your hygiene O: Burning or boiling contaminated clothing O: Disinfecting water

Is This Our Fault Or Society?
*We feel it’s society's fault because it always starts from one person that ends up spreading the the disease to the next person, to next person, and so on. * Society should make sure our water is properly filtered because many people are drinking contaminated water without boiling the germs from the water that might contain cholera. * Society’s role of the disruption of sewage system and also and some people don't clean or wash themselves very often. * Society is responsible for us not having the proper systems and keeping us protected from certain things
