“Disability & Skills” At work training colleagues Informing our clients Informing our candidates & associates Such a program has to be effective in the following 3 dimensions : training colleagues, -Workshops of demystification (internal, with associations, …) - introduction of the disability notion during the interview ; “speak about it” in order to place the person with disability in the right position, - Give a better image of the worker with disability. Focus on skills information of our clients, - External events : participation to conferences, services oriented events, thematic breakfasts, commercial actions, leaflets and brochures, surveys - Make the image of the associate with disability positive, Prepare and coach the welcoming team Facilitate the integration phase & report regularly information of our associates. - Welcome them better : accessibility of the branches and websites, Place them better : avoid risky situations, Train them if needed, coach them to their future work environment - Take part in the integration : 30 % of temporary missions lead to permanent employment. REGARDING MENTAL DISABILITY : Insist on the fact of accompanying the recipient team and the recruitment process. + Specific training and awareness raising to both the company and the person with disability + follow up is essential Sometimes, associations can help. Be open, take the time at the beginning and things will get well.
