Refers to a system of behaviors and psychological processes occurring within a group.
Even when faced with well structured group works students struggle because they lack skills necessary for working successfully in a group context.

3. Statement of Hypothesis
The output of the group tasks can be positively effected by training students on group dynamics.

4. Issues arising within groups
Gap between current and desired performance.
Deviations from desired goals.
Relationship skills.
Difficulties in managing groups.
Inappropriate roles.
Uneven workload.
Unproductive communication.

Divided the students into groups and gave the task of paragraph writing.

Each person must contribute to the discussion but take turns to talk.
The leader of the group to encourage other members to share their views.
Question each other so that one is able to understand the thought process of the other member.
