Carrier connectivity: We are connecting WFR clients directly to the various carriers. So whether its during OE or a life change event that happens during the year, we automatically send these changes to the carriers. A big piece of our CC is the tools in the back end that are checking for accuracy of data and not just simply sending data. We have concepts like verify trust and the look back which help us send clean data and scan for human error.
401(K): Automatically send 401(K) data based on carrier requirements.. Have 360 capability
COBRA: With our integration with WFR we are taking the whole COBRA administration process and truly turning it into a two click process for the client. As a COBRA event happens our system will automatically pick up on it and send a notification to the client to confirm that the event was or wasn’t COBRA. Once the client confirms the event is COBRA they will confirm that the ex employees address and information is still the same based on when entered into Kronos. After that we are communicating with the ex employee directly and getting them enrolled in COBRA coverage if they elect. Lastly and an other huge piece is that everything we are doing with COBRA is available visually to the client. SO for auditing purposes and if the client ever needs to prove COBRA compliance all they need ot do is log into WFR and pull the COBRA report.

It all starts with Kronos WFR – a unified HCM solution housing the features and data infrastructure required to run benefits enrollment periods, allow employees to select packages/make life event changes, define different benefits plan structures for employees to choose from, allow employees to check in on their eligibility, enrollment status, and cost, as well as automate ACA compliance for benefits administrators.
When a customer adds EverythingBenefits through the Marketplace, they gain a whole new layer of automation and integration. EB pulls in the employee data it needs from WFR and communicates that info to benefits carriers and government offices required to both enroll in, change, or terminate employee benefits and maintain COBRA compliance.
The agencies with which EB communicates also then relay confirmations, statuses, and other important data back to EB, which automatically rolls into relevant WFR reports. All without users ever having to leave the comfort of the WFR interface.

This is what the COBRA qualifying event notifications look like in the EB Marketplace solution. As you can see, it’s simply a matter of a couple clicks to make an approval or rejection happen. Upon approval, the event automatically gets pushed into EB’s queue for sending notifications and they start the process on their end.
