Recipe Topping 100g plain flour 50g margarine 25g sugar 50g tinned peaches Custard 25g custard powder 25 g sugar 250ml milk Set oven 180c/Gas 6 Place peaches in container/dish in an even layer Rub margarine and flour together until breadcrumbs are formed. Stir in sugar Tip over peaches and bake for 20 minutes until golden Measure out milk Place 30ml of the milk into small bowl Gently warm the remaining milk in a saucepan Weigh out sugar and custard powder into small bowl. Blend until a smooth paste is formed When milk has started to simmer- add custard mixture and begin to stir immediately When thickened – remove from the heat Remove crumble from oven. Pour custard into flask/carton
