Bullying(this includes cyber) is not tolerated. Fill out a form, see a teacher, get help!

18 Grading Any “blank answers or illegible” = not accepted.
Help……don’t COPY! Use Infinite Campus so that you always know what your grade is. Do “Extra Credit” whenever it is offered.

19 Absences Be here everyday!
Making up work (especially tests and labs) is a drag. Get your missed work out of the “While you were out” crate and make sure you complete the work! Use the website if you have access. It is your responsibility to finish and turn in work from an absence. One day absent=One day to turn in work.

20 Interactive Notebook We will be building our notebooks together as we go through the course. It will be important to be here every day, follow directions closely, and NOT LOSE your materials. These will all be graded regularly(notebook checks). The scores will add up to a BIG part of your grade!

21 Other Important Rules Cell Phones: Dress Code:
Phones must be turned off and in your backpack (not pockets) while in this classroom. You may not use them in this classroom in any way (texting, camera, clock, calculator, etc.) unless instructed to do so. Dress Code: Your agenda will have all of the details… Most common issues are hats, sunglasses, shorts, midriff, and spaghetti straps.

22 How To Get Help If you need help because you don’t understand an assignment or concept, come to tutoring. Mrs. Goodman’s tutoring day is Thursday. I will be available other times, just check with me first. If you want to know what your grade is or need another copy of a paper from class, use the internet!
