FCC Memorandum Opinion and Order and Order on Reconsideration – Postponed Transition Period ending July 13, 2017 AND stated that testing labs in non-MRA countries must be assessed by an FCC Recognized Test Firm Accrediting Body (TFAB). Test site validation requirements to CISPR16-1-4:2010 is still July 13, 2018.
FCC recognized NIST/NVLAP and A2LA as FCC Recognized Test Firm Accrediting Bodies as of 23 March Valid for People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Russia, Switzerland, Thailand and Ukraine.
