Program Overview: An intensive training program based on the theory and practice of ICA’s Technology of Participation™ methods, for those who wish to raise their core competency in group and individual processes. The Program includes: Learning Intention - Created at the beginning, reviewed regularly and evaluated at completion of FDP Personal Mentoring - 8 sessions Team Learning - Monthly sessions Required Courses - 7 courses currently in the basic curriculum Facilitation Monitoring - 3 actual monitored facilitation events
