The minutes were sent to the members following the 2017 meeting Remarks? Comments? Approval of the minutes

Report of the Chairman Development of Membership
27 new members in 2017/18 (since last annual meeting) High retention – 98% renewals rate 384 MRICS 31 FRICS 44 Candidates 175 Students 98% of the members have fulfilled their CPD Continous growth Total 415 RICS members The more members we have – the more importance we gain Note: the CPD App is currently not working for Apple phones. A new app is being developed and will soon be launched

Re-election of a board member
Statutes Art 7, 9 Marie Seiler was elected to the board January 12, 2015 She confirmed her interest for a second period of duty All members were invited to comment on Marie’s candidature No comments were received The board proposes to the AGM that Marie Seiler MRICS be elected as a Board Member for a further 3 year term

Election of a new Board Member
Benjamin Zemann and Patrick Brenninkmeijer have asked to step down from the board for various business reasons To replace some specific competencies in the Board, Jelena Radovic MRICS was invited to apply to become a board member All members were informed in July and were invited to comment or nominate an alternative Until now, no alternatives have been nominated. The board proposes to the AGM that Jelena Radovic be elected as a Board Member for a 3 year term

Nomination of an advisor to the Board
Responsability for the Impulse papers Due to new responsibilities, Andreas Deuber has asked to step down from the board To ensure a seamless transition in the production of our Impulse papers, Prof. Michael Truebestein was invited to take this responsibility and act as an advisor to the Board All members were informed in July and were invited to comment or nominate an alternative Until now, no comments have been made and no alternative suggested The board proposes to the AGM that Prof. Michael Trübestein be elected as an advisor to the Board for a minimum term of 1 year

Further regulation Valuers Registration Scheme is currently voluntary in Switzerland, but will be mandatory by July 2019 Use of RICS logo by firms. Only Regulated Firms will be allowed to use the RICS logo from 1st January 2019 Note: the CPD App is currently not working for Apple phones. A new app is being developed and will soon be launched
