6. Personnel Activity Reports (PAR)
Add additional rows as needed, especially to report client activities undertaken during the hours billed.
Staff signatures, from the employee to the program manager, are required to validate the time reported is actual time spent on the program. The PAR is an auditable, legal document.
All travel should be in relation to your HUD program and all expenses should be accompanied with receipts to verify your invoices. Those combined cost amounts should be included on your Summary Page under the heading NPOC.
