2. Let’s create a new, healthier school lunch menu!

3. Step 1: Lead Chefs Select THREE HEALTHY Food Categories to be served each day at school

4. Step 2: Menu Writers create the exact menu for the day’s lunch, using the choices selected by the Lead Chefs

5. Step 3: Lead Chefs must decide whether the menu created fits their idea of a healthy lunch

6. Step 4 (if Lead Chefs did not approve): Menu Writers must decide to change or override the menu

7. Step 5: Nutrition Inspectors must decide what “healthy” means
