You have up to five subject and/or university course choices. For medicine and dentistry courses, you can only make four choices, but you can use your fifth choice for another subject (including dentistry if you apply for medicine or medicine if you apply for dentistry).

3. Key Dates for UCAS Applications
5 September 2018 : Completed applications can be submitted to UCAS
Monday 15 October 2018 at 18:00 (UK time): Deadline for applications to the universities of Oxford and Cambridge, and for most courses in medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine/science.
Tuesday 15 January 2019 at 18:00 (UK time) : Deadline for applications for the majority of UCAS Undergraduate courses.
Wed 1 May 2019: If you receive all your offers by 31 March 2019, you must reply by 1 May or you offers will be cancelled.
Thu 6 June 2019: If you receive all your offers by 2 May, you must reply by 6 June 2019 or your offers will be cancelled.

Fee Code (Personal Details Section) is “02” for the majority of students – especially if you are going to apply for student loans.
Education Section: You must put your all GCSE results, AS Level Grades and the courses you are taking in your final year. You will not know your final grades for your A2 courses, so you must put “pending.” This will enable us to add your predicted grades.
Check with the university if you are unsure about when your application should be submitted by.
For courses starting in 2019, the application fee is £18 for a single choice, or £24 for more than one choice
You must make an appointment with the Sixth Form office when you have completed your application up to “View Full Details.” Your application is then checked, your tutor references added and then it is sent off to UCAS.

Signing in to Track:
You will be able to sign in at any time with the Personal ID Number in your welcome , along with the password you used when applying.
Whenever there is an update, UCAS will the address you supplied in your application.
