1. SELECT A RECIPE OR FOOD PRODUCT TO PREPARE. 2. DEVELOP A TIMETABLE – what steps and what time are you doing what. Ensures you actually have time & everything is ready on time. 3. MAKE & CARRY OUT THE WORK PLAN Who is doing what? 4. EVALUATE THE PLAN & PRODUCT Did it turn out? What can I/we do better next time?
