3. Why are we doing this as a school?
- We want the best outcomes for you and we want the best teaching and learning you can have.
Finishing earlier on a Thursday will mean extra training for your teachers so that we can deliver the best lessons possible.
If in Year 11 next year, there will be no revision on a Thursday but you will have revision every other day.
Detentions will still run on a Thursday. Homework clubs will run, so if school finishing earlier is a problem you have a place to work. Other after school activities e.g. sports fixtures may run, where possible.
