#1 Make Some Real Crazy Friends. Connect with people who refuse to accept defeat.

4 The truth we need to unlock the freedoms that
And when he came into Capernaum again after some days, the news went about that he was in the house. And a great number had come together, so that there was no longer room for them, no, not even about the door: and he gave them teaching. And four men came to him with one on a bed who had no power of moving. And when they were unable to get near him because of all the people, they got the roof uncovered where he was: and when it was broken up, they let down the bed on which the man was. (Mark 2:1-4 BBE) The truth we need to unlock the freedoms that we are missing may be in a relationship with people God is calling us closer to. Connections are important!

5 #2 Stay Calm and Don’t Panic in the Storm. Panic will almost surely make a bad situation much worse.

6 Beware of decisions that bring quick relief
Beware of decisions that bring quick relief. The things that bring the quickest relief is often times not the lasting solution. Read Genesis 19:30 – 38. Lot’s daughters made an impulse decision that caused great pain for their family. Although it may not seem like it or that you don’t have enough time for it, seeking God’s direction and choosing His will is always the best option and it provides a lasting solution to the problem. Read what David did in the midst of a tragic situation for he and his men. 1 Samuel 30:8 Breakout of the habits and life cycles that only cause pain to your life & those you love.

7 “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 NLT “Everything is permissible (allowable and lawful) for me; but not all things are helpful (good for me to do, expedient and profitable when considered with other things). Everything is lawful for me, but I will not become the slave of anything or be brought under its power.” 1 Corinthians 6:12 AMPC

8 Tips from a Desperate Woman
And the child grew. Now it happened one day that he went out to his father, to the reapers. And he said to his father, "My head, my head!" So he said to a servant, "Carry him to his mother." When he had taken him and brought him to his mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died. And she went up and laid him on the bed of the man of God, shut the door upon him, and went out. (2 Kings 4:18-21 NKJV) Then she called to her husband, and said, "Please send me one of the young men and one of the donkeys, that I may run to the man of God and come back." So he said, "Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath." And she said, "It is well." (v.22-23) No matter how bad it looks, keep hope in your covenant with God.

9 Regardless to how you feel and what people may
Then she saddled a donkey, and said to her servant, "Drive, and go forward; do not slacken the pace for me unless I tell you." (v. 24) Don’t delegate the task of capturing your blessing to someone else. Be willing to pay the cost to go get it yourself. And so she departed, and went to the man of God at Mount Carmel. So it was, when the man of God saw her afar off, that he said to his servant Gehazi, "Look, the Shunammite woman!. "Please run now to meet her, and say to her, 'Is it well with you? Is it well with your husband? Is it well with the child?'" And she answered, "It is well." (v.25-26) Regardless to how you feel and what people may attempt to draw out of you, keep faith in God in your heart and mouth.

10 Don’t settle for anything other than the absolute best.
Then he said to Gehazi, "Get yourself ready, and take my staff in your hand, and be on your way. If you meet anyone, do not greet him; and if anyone greets you, do not answer him; but lay my staff on the face of the child." And the mother of the child said, "As the LORD lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you." So he arose and followed her. (v.29-30) Don’t settle for anything other than the absolute best. When Elisha came into the house, there was the child, lying dead on his bed. He went in therefore, shut the door behind the two of them, and prayed to the LORD. (v.32-33) Give room for God to fix the situation however He desires.

11 Immerse your life and situation into God’s declaration
#3 Immerse your life and situation into God’s declaration about you.

12 “Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come! But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him].” 2 Corinthians 5:17-18 AMPC
