2. Core Staff Responsibilities
Four closely connected WB course resources:
The Syllabus defines in detail what must be taught per BSA national; everyone must know & follow it!
The Matrix is a detailed schedule of what happens, when it happens, where it happens, who is responsible, and what is needed
Your Presentation communicates critical elements of the course, and you must do an excellent job in presenting it
The Wood Badge Handbook summarizes the key points from all presentations; a takeaway for the participants
