Conversation versus speaking, reading, writing, drills, grammar, turn-taking. Communicative approach. Challenge: To teach do/does in questions using a ‘conversational’ approach.

Balance between informality and formality. Freedom of speech. Focus on the individual. Challenge: To teach vocabulary related to clothing in a ‘warmer’ way.
