Moving Toward Graduation
You must pass all of the required classes to graduate from high school! Passing 2 or 3 quarters of a class will not earn the credit you need. You must pass a semester to earn credit. If you fail a required class, you must re-take it, and you may not be allowed to move to the next level of a subject area (e.g., math) until you pass the current level.

GRADING SCALE A = 5.0 points 90 – 100% B = 4.0 pts. 89 – 80%
C = 3.0 pts – 70 % D = 2.0 pts – 60% F = 0 pts. Below 60%

Each semester grade is assigned a point value: A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, F=0 Add all of the points together and divide by the number of courses taken that semester. Exception: Driver’s Ed and PE-ATH are not used in calculating GPA Bonus points for Honors Classes Add .02 to a semester grade of A, B, or C We calculate GPA every semester.
