Jewish Diaspora – 70 CE Reacting to a rebellion amongst Jewish zealots, Rome attacked, annihilated, and burned Jerusalem in 70 CE Prolonged persecution and warfare drove the Jewish people out from Israel, and throughout the Roman Empire Jews settled throughout the Mediterranean, and into Europe From 70 CE to 1946 CE, the Jewish people would be without a state, living in foreign lands and cultures, often segregated and persecuted

was the center of the Mississippi Valley Trade Network Goods from the Atlantic, Great Lakes, Rockies, Gulf, and Plains were found there Mayans – staying more so in the form of city-states, the Mayans were highly developed The Mayans established the basis for Mesoamerican writing, as well as a functional and accurate calendar The Mayans also developed a highly advanced mathematics system, step pyramids, and some major astronomical discoveries

Americas Continued Olmec – was the first major Mesoamerica culture, famous for beginning rituals on bloodletting, as well as various ball games Teotihuacan – formed as a powerful cultural city-state, while conquered, it later influenced and became the capital of the Aztec Empire Chavin – the Chavin culture originated from the highlands of Peru Their influence and culture would grow into the Moche and later Incan Civilizations, conquered the entire Andes Mountains region
