The AP Scholar Awards are academic distinctions for students to cite among their credentials on applications and résumés. Students do not receive any monetary award from the College Board. Award Criteria AP Scholar: Granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams AP Scholar with Honor: Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams AP Scholar with Distinction: Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams National AP Scholar: Granted to students in the United States who receive an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams

Cost The WTSD will fund the cost of each student’s first AP exam.
You must be (or have been) enrolled in the relevant course. You must be (or have been) in “good academic standing.” Additional exams cost $94/each. Additional Exams offered at a reduced price ($54) for qualifying students (based on need) There are NO REFUNDS for tests not taken.

Registration Registration will take place March 6-8, 2018:
Students MUST report to the ACE(former Media Center)during Block 3 only to complete the “Advanced Placement Exam Enrollment Form”

Registration Students MUST REGISTER and PAY for exams through no later than March 8th. Instructions for completing the online registration is available on the school website or in guidance.
