CASC – Computational Aspects of Statistical Confidentiality

Electronic questionnaire software including questionnaire design and presentation, database interrogation, metadata repository and survey administration
STATLAS – Statistical Atlas of the European Union
Interactive analytical electronic atlas of statistical information covering the EU at country and regional level

6. Ownership of results FP5 RTD projects FP5 accompanying measures
Knowledge shall be the property of the contractors who carried out the work leading to the knowledge.
“Knowledge” means the results, including information, arising from any project covered by Decision No 182/1999/EC (…), as well as copyright or rights attaching to the results following applications for, or the issue or registration of, patents, designs and models, plant varieties, additional certificates or other similar forms of protection.
FP5 accompanying measures
Knowledge resulting from the project shall be the property of the Community. The principal contractors undertake to grant such right to the Community.
