3. New e-learning modules for leaders and managers
Skills for Care has launched two online learning modules to help frontline leaders and managers develop their knowledge and skills
They can provide evidence towards meeting standards 1 and 9 of the Management Induction Standards (MIS)

4. Free flu vaccinations for care staff in London
Care workers are working with some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, so it’s important that they help protect themselves and those receiving care and support against flu
All care home staff (including ancillary staff), domiciliary care workers and hospice workers in London are now entitled to a free flu jab at their local pharmacy
Care homes can also request up to 3 pop-up clinics
