(A) The relative numbers of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ cells were assessed in six flow cytometry settings for each cell culture condition, and the corresponding statistics were evaluated. (B) Cell culture supernatants from three separate experiments were assessed for the IL-2 content by sandwich ELISA.
