30 This Section has Example Layouts Designed for On-stage Presentations & Lighter Content
The examples in this section are designed to be highly visual, to be readable from a distance and to focus on a single idea at a time. This makes them ideal for on- stage presentations as well as for focusing attention on a particular point you need to make. Be sure to leave lots of space around the title and around the content. This makes your content much easier to read and digest. If you have a lot of content, break it up across multiple slides and keep it focused on one point at a time.

31 Use Simple Statements Instead of using bullet points, simply present your content with sentences. 2–3 sentences per slide is plenty. You can also BOLD PARTICULAR WORDS AND PHRASES which will draw attention to them (this encourages your viewers to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION).

32 Bullet Points? If bullet points are necessary for your presentation, use only 2–4 bullets per slide. This will help your audience remain focused on the content at hand. EXAMPLE: a second bullet point here is all you need.

33 Sidebars Are Useful and Make Info Easy to Spot
This layout uses 2/3 of the space on the left for content. Room for more than a single statement if you need it. The remaining 1/3 of space is dedicated to the sidebar. Sidebar title
