In the subtropical – tropical areas climate change will lead to more extreme weather conditions, therefore it is more likely that typhoons, muslides, typhoons and cyclones will increase. Stream flows at low-flow periods may well decrease and water quality will undoubtedly worsen, because of increased pollution loads and concentrations and higher water temperatures
EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL WORSEN WATER QUALITY DUE TO HIGH POLLUTION LOADS AND CONCENTRATION
