Listen. Hear the person out and do not interrupt. Have a growth mindset so you can absorb the information. Be aware of your responses. Your body language and tone of voice are important. Be attentive so you can actively listen. Be open. Be receptive to new ideas and different opinions. There is often more than one way to do something. Understand the message. Ask questions if you feel comfortable, but be sure you know what kind of feedback you are seeking and if your needs are being met. Reflect and decide what to do. Assess the value of the feedback and decide what to do because of it. Your response is your choice, but keep your growth mindset at the forefront of your reflection. Individual reflection
