4. The Problem
Only Input/Response templates can be used to perform multiple actions with a single submission.
Queries cannot be formatted to return a specific list.
Example: Return reduction data for a list of 50 ARefs.

5. Solution
Allow Query/Response templates to query multiple specific records with a single query.
Possible solutions:
Define certain query parameters to be defined as a comma separated string.
NITS?
Others?
Allows TSIPs to apply limitations to queries

Evaluate adding dynamic notification for the rollover rights renewal deadline and develop new standards/modifications as needed (PTP vs NITS)

8. What’s missing
There is no mechanism to notify customers when their rollover rights are set to expire.
There is no template structure for posting rollover rights for NITS.

9. Rollover template Modify the rollover template
Add a new data element “Rollover_Notification”
Specify a date when dynamic notification will be sent to the
customer notifying them their rollover rights are set to expire.

10. NITS Rollover Posting
Create a new NITS template structure for posting and viewing rollover rights.
All rollover rights should be visible from a single template. There should be no need to drill down into each resource/path individually.
How do various TPs define rollover rights for NITS?

11. Issues
Rollover rights cannot be tied to each individual request as they are with PTP TSRs.
Accounting of rollover rights should be managed in a similar manner to DNR and SR capacity.
How do you track valid start times for exercising rollover rights and expiration dates?

12. Breakpoints
A possible solution to maintaining a rollover profile along with valid start and expiration dates could be to use the breakpoints in the rollover profile.
