3. © Ziehm Academy User Guide | February 20093 Your Access to the online registration portal Our online registration and course booking portal is free for everyone to use. If you interested in coming to one or more of our courses, you can easily and quickly find the information you require, check the details and book your courses online. Register online and receive all your needed information via email. The complete booking process is available online and you will be continually updated as to the status of your booking and informed on time. After registering for the first time, you have unlimited access to your account. After registering for your first course, your access data will remain valid for future course bookings. During the registration process, if you have any further questions, or you need additional support our team is available to help you during the office hours.

Clinical and Application Training Technical Service Training (including Hospital Technical Training) Special Education On every page, the language can be changed from German to English by clicking on EN | DE

6. © Ziehm Academy User Guide | February 20096 By clicking on Login, you are linked to a page where you can login into your personal page. In order to access this, you have to be already registered in our Portal (for example from a previous course).

7. © Ziehm Academy User Guide | February 20097 If you have forgotten your password, please use the Password Help function on our website. Enter your previously registered email address and your access details will immediately be sent to your email account.

Courses are listed first by date and show full title length, level, location, price and course language. Move the mouse over the text and the full text will be displayed.

This page includes a full course description, course ID number, start date, length, location, price and language. It is also possible to download a.pdf file with detailed course description. The complete course brochure will open in a new window and this can then be saved and/or printed out (see page 22).

Use the drop-down menus to select where given. During each step of the registration process, the course details will be displayed on the right hand side and shows you necessary important information e.g. date or length of your course. Please note the information regarding payment of courses.
