N.B. In questo caso, spesso nella frase possiamo trovare avverbi come certainly, definitely, surely, probably, possibly
Per fare promesse o offerte nell’immediato futuro
I’ll give you a lift home
We’ll come and see you next week

4. Using the phrase “to be going to”
Per parlare di intenzioni, piani, in questo caso in italiano potremmo tradurre con l’espressione “avere intenzione di”
I’m going to study Law next year
They are going to move to Manchester
Per fare una previsione quando c’è un chiaro indizio/segno che quell’azione sta per verificarsi
Be careful, you are going to fall
Look at those clouds, it’s going to rain

5. Using the present simple
Per parlare di eventi che fanno parte di una tabella oraria, di un calendario (eventi sempre uguali tutti i giorni)
The train leaves at 8.00
The film starts at 9.00 pm tomorrow night

6. Using the present continuous
Per parlare di eventi futuri prefissati, pre-concordati (ho in mano elementi, dati certi che mi fanno dire con sicurezza che quell’evento avverrà)
I’m playing football tomorrow
They’re seeing the Lion King on Saturday
