1 DOD MWR Customer Satisfaction Survey
Study designed to evaluate current MWR programs. Benchmark was conducted in 2009; survey performed again in 2011. Participation is imperative for accurate results and to provide leaders with data to develop MWR strategic plans. AF members randomly selected to receive an invitation If they get it…they should take it! This survey is approved by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD). The Department of Defense is launching the 2014 DOD MWR Customer Satisfaction Survey in mid-May. This study was first conducted in 2009 and again 2011, and measures customer satisfaction across a number of activities including fitness, libraries, outdoor recreation, recreation centers, auto service centers, single service member programs, leisure travel, swimming pools, sports and athletics. It is imperative that Air Force members be well represented in the survey results. Feedback will be used for strategic planning purposes to help modify or improve existing MWR programs and services. Approximately 120,000 randomly-chosen Air Force members will receive an invitation with a link to the survey. An additional 120,000 will be distributed at joint bases (across military branches) to allow for separate reporting of each joint base. The survey invitations will be sent from a contractor, CFI who is conducting the study on behalf of the Department of Defense. Please encourage AF members to participate if they receive an invitation.
