Buyer Personas are research-based archetypal (modeled) representations of
who buyers are what are they trying to accomplish what goals drive their behavior how they think how they buy why they make buying decisions

Buyer personas provide tremendous structure and insight for your company

Task (10-15 min) Use an example of a business idea that you created in the previous task and try answering the following questions: 1. Who are the main beneficiaries? 2. Who would you employ for running this business? 3. Give a few examples for buyer personas that fit the most. Consider the following: customer demographics behaviour motivations goals
