Partnering Agreements Cooperate in efforts to deliver training opportunities to agency employees Cooperate in areas of education and training to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall training and learning environment Encourage professional certification of agency personnel Encourage professional industry association membership and participation

13 URA seminars developed in conjunction with the FHWA held from Feb – March across the USA (will provide copy of manual) Special Task Force updating all IRWA courses due to URA changes Retained Adult learning consultant to make recommendations on revamping of courses with goal to revise all existing courses Educational Strategic Summit planned in 2005 $200,000 Funding Grant approved Professional Development Initiatives in 2005

Professional Development To provide the right of way professional with the educational tools to enhance their career objectives. In 2004, we sponsored 352 courses with more than 6,400 student enrollments.
