Green, Frederick Hageman Original/Current Use: Single family residence Nomination submitted by current owner, Qualifies for Landmark under criterion C because: Locally significant as distinctive example of Italian/Mediterranean Renaissance Revival style Retains its most significant character defining features, retains integrity, and alterations are compatible Historic Preservation Commission recommended approval of the designation at July 19, 2016 meeting
