How TO ADD NETEPABIO Program service to an existing CDX account Federal Biosolids Annual Report [40 CFR 503]

At the CDX landing page, click on “Add Program Service”

Type in “biosolids” Select “NeT: NPDES eReporting Tool…”

Click on “NETEPABIO…”

Select Role using dropdown menu then click “Request Role Access”

Select your Organization from drop down menu and click “submit request”

If your Organization is not on the dropdown list, please select “Request to Add an Organization” and search for your organization. Once you locate your Organization click on the Organization ID.

If you still cannot locate your organization, click on “request that we add your organization”

Fill in required information regarding your organization and click Submit Request for Access

Enter your job title and click Next

Click “Sign Electronically”

Click “Accept”

Log in using CDX Password and Security Question

If you do not complete the Electronic Signing Process for any reason, you will have to complete the Paper version

Upon successful Identity Proofing, you will instantly gain access to NETEPABIO. Note: If your role is showing as “Signatory” but is greyed out, that mean you have opted to submit a Paper Signature Agreement and will become accessible once an RA approve your paper form.

Your NETEPABIO Program Service has been added to your CDX Account
Access to NETEPABIO is now available Note that you will still need to Request Access to your NPDES ID within NETEPABIO. If you cannot locate your NPDES ID, or know that your NPDES ID has not been created yet, please contact our Help Desk at (toll-free) or us at
