2. Inserting a Photo
If a photo is to be used ensure that it builds upon the material and not there just to be there.
It is imperative that the image does not detract or distract from the information being presented.
Make sure any photo that is used is allowed to be used. Pay attention to copyright issues attached to photos obtained from a search engine.
It is not legal to remove copyright marks on a photo and it is advisable to stay away from this media.

4. Basic Photo Correction
This technique is used to ensure your students can see the material you are presenting with the technology you are utilizing.
Some pictures and videos look great on a computer monitor when you are creating or reviewing a presentation.
Many times these presentations visibility changes greatly when a data projector is utilized.
The tab we are utilizing only appears when a picture is selected

Inserting a Video
If a video is to be used ensure that it builds upon the material and not there just to take up time.
It is imperative that the video is not required for the block to be successful, as it may not work.
Pay attention to copyright issues for videos obtained from a video sharing site. Non-released department videos are NOT authorized for use.
Currently the GDC utilizes many versions of PowerPoint making embedding video difficult. Use the following link to learn how to embed on your computer’s version.

7. PowerPoint Template “I’ve finished my PowerPoint,
but forgot to use the template”
Copy = Ctrl + C
Paste = Ctrl + V
Edit your current Master Slide to be the template you need.
You will need to copy the elements of your Template and paste it onto the master slide.

8. Delete the aspects of the slides that you don’t want, and paste in the aspects that you do want.
