17 Leave of Absence Students who are not enrolled for a period of more than one academic year (two consecutive regular terms and one summer) will be considered to have withdrawn from the program unless they apply for a leave of absence and secure approval of the department, faculty/school Graduate Studies Committee, and Graduate Council. (P. 53)

18 Graduate Assistantship (GFAP)
Financial aid covering tuition in the form of a Graduate Assistantship (GFAP) in return for assisting faculty members in teaching and/or research for a specified number of hours per week, depending on the number of credits registered. RCODE Fall 2018
