2. Inviting Director and HR mangers as Guest of Honour.
When any program is organised at chapter level; we should propose to the management committee to invite a HR Director/Manager as Guest of Honour.
Chapters to organise awareness program on companies amendment (ACT) 2017 or any other development in company law, where the HR managers/director of different companies should be invited.
In all chapter level programs we should also play the PPT/AV on the Topic “Role of Company Secretary”.

3. Brand Recall Ways to boost Placement in ICSI...!!!
The Chapter should develop and maintain database of Directors CEO’s HR managers, local industrial association - to send them greetings for all festivals.
The Chapter should visit the HR Managers or higher official of the companies situated under its jurisdiction.
Calendars with ICSI logo and small stories about Senior CS members who have achieved a mile stone in their career, should be requested from HO and circulated to the Hr fraternity.
A photo memory with the Back drop the Program or ICSI Logo should be shared in the printed form to all the invited Directors and HR mangers from the industry.

4. To organise ICSI Placement Drive @ Chapter Level
Concept ;
The Chapter should dedicate its energies towards supporting the young members by bridging the connect between aspirants and the corporate.
By providing suitable platform to find appropriate employment opportunity.
The ICSI chapters should organise Placement Drive in its regions.
Corporate from the regions would be invited to participate as recruiter at the respective ICSI chapter office.
Action ;
The ICSI Chapters to organise the Placement Drives in every quarter, say March, June, September and December.

5. To Organise training Drive to facilitate the trainees and trainers.
Concept ;
As per the curriculum a CS aspiring students is expected to undergo training.
So there are candidate looking for a good Training organisation/Company/Firm.
Organisations keep hunting for good talent who would initially work under the supervision of senior CS in the organisation and later may get inducted as a Company Secretary.
So as to connect both ends the chapters should plan to organise a Trainee Recruitment drive.
Action ;
The Chapters to organise the Trainee Placement Drive very half yearly in the month of March & September, apart from routinely connecting the students with corporate & firms.

6. Associations with NHRDN, AIMA, CII - Local chapters for networking.
Concept ;
In today’s competitive era NETWORKING and being CONNECTED is the key to SUCCESS.
The chapters should stay connected and develop its network amongst HR fraternity & various industrial associations.
The chapters should promote CS profession in such forums.
The rewards would be the increased employment opportunity of our CS Members.
The chapters should organise or support few prominent events in the local jurisdiction with CII, AIMA, industrial associations.
Action ;
The chapters should participate/organise in the events of Local chapters of CII, AIMA, Local Manufacturing associations – atleast one in a year.

Every Chapter should make maximum use of the new platform given by HQ i.e. “The Placement Page”.
All chapter must create this page in their Child Portal and should always update the vacancies in said page.
The chapter also should send one Bulk or Bulk sms of the above Link to the newly inducted members under their jurisdiction.

10. Presentation to Local Industries Association
Every chapter can give a presentation once in every quarter in local industries association Highlighting the role company secretary.
Thus creating awareness about the profession.
A help desk can be created at Chapters where the basic queries related to Company registration and compliances can addressed.
