Palancas are letters of encouragement sent to your 8th grader on the day of the Retreat. We need them a week prior to the 8th grade Retreat which will take place on October 26th

7. Parent Expectations for Movie Nights
Please have your child arrive on time and picked up on time.
Please aid your child in things they are asked to bring or do ahead of time for Movie Night
Please donate one 2 liter bottle of soda for the first Movie Night
We ask that all parents pick up at the designated ending time of Movie Night. Please come in and check with Mrs Loken or Mrs McNeill to see if we need further help cleaning up

10. August 17th : First Movie Night
August 17th : First Movie Night. Kids dropped off at 5pm and picked up at 9 pm
August 23th Spaghetti Dinner(Open House)
5-6:30 and 6:30-7:30..we will be selling baked goods. This is our first Bake Sale. Please send in baked goods to school for this event. The years past we have been sent in complete cakes unsliced and we have sliced them. This has worked out well.

8th Grade Parent role at the Boat Races will be to transport the boat to the race and remove the boat from the race.

Parents wishing to attend are more than welcome to book a trip and travel on their own to Universal during the date we are there.

If you elect to remove your child from the group, they must be signed out for the day from Mrs. Loken or Mrs McNeill
