Important tips: Never attempt unless you have been trained, qualified, and authorized Follow established standard operating procedures Never take shortcuts Use a meter and be aware of what you are grounded to Use rubber matting – minimize grounding Use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) – never wear jewelry
