English 10*, 11 & 12* or Communications 11 & 12* Social Studies 10 & 11* Math 10* & 11 PE 10 Science 10* & 11 Fine Arts or Applied Skills completed in 10, 11 or 12 Planning 10 3 other courses at the Grade 12 level Graduation Transitions At least 20 courses 80 credits minimum

Transition Plan 30 hours work or volunteer experience 150 minutes weekly physical exercise Grade 10 (done in Planning 10) xxx Grade 11 (done on your own and submitted) x Grade 12 (done on your own and submitted) x 5 components = 4 credits

Gr. 10: Science 10, Math 10, English 10 - 20% of final mark Gr. 11: Social Studies 11 - 20% of final mark Gr. 12 Language Arts: English 12 or Communications 12 - 40% of final mark
