#1 Get Teachers Involved Early Technology will begin working with a representative from each elementary school in December to introduce them to the product #2 Communicate the Vision of PowerTeacher No more data entry into EERC Report cards are produced directly from the gradebook #3 Centralized Gradebook across the county for all Teachers K-12 will utilize the same gradebook

Gradebook All teachers, including resource teachers, will have a gradebook to record their students performance Any departmentalized grade levels or subject rotations will be reflected in the gradebook

Next Steps.. Technology will host webinars and face to face trainings with a representative from each elementary school over the next couple months Technology is creating a support website that will have less than 5 minute videos and written instructions as a resource for teachers

CRRS is in the past Teachers will make recommendations via PowerSchool Teachers will have access from home Handouts and less than 5 minute training videos will be available on TechTips Teachers and counselors will work together on course recommendations What does this mean for teachers?

What does this mean for Parents? Parents will make selections for both core and electives through the online parent portal in PowerSchool in February of 2014 Parents will be instructed to create an account for the parent portal. A Student ID will be required to register Access is available via mobile device, tablet or computer
