There will be three components of each employee’s YE feedback documentation Goals/revised goals, feedback collected document from 1x1s Self evaluation/manager feedback form Synthesized cover feedback cover note, highlight key themes and areas of strength and development opportunities

“~360ish” Feedback Questions
What do you think this person’s greatest strengths are/what do you appreciate about this person? How might this person better leverage these strengths even further? What do you think are this person’s areas opportunities for development? How might this person work to develop these areas of opportunity? Do you have any other comments or thoughts on this person in relation to their role and as a colleague? Which of EPT’s values and guiding principles do you think this person particularly excels at? Which of EPT’s values and guiding principles do you think this person could further develop?
