Bengeo Tigers Football Club Coaching Pathway

BTFC - Investing in Football Coaching It is our COMMITMENT as a club to ensure that all fees collected by the club and its teams are re-invested in Football. This ensures our children can expect the best possible resources, facilities and equipment that we can possibly procure. Other than our players, our clubs most valuable assets are the volunteers who agree to devote their time to coach our young players. We value this commitment so highly we commit to financially supporting all coaches committed to progressing on the Coaching Pathway. We are not an football academy, but we strive to have academy standard coaching. All coaches committed to self-improvement for the benefit of our players can expect the full support of the club.

The coach must agree in writing that they will stay at the club in a coaching capacity for a minimum of 2 years from the point they take their last course. If the coach were to leave during that time (for example to take their child to another club) they would agree to pay back the money granted by the club, in full. If the coach believes there are external reasons that forces them to leave a club (for example, relocation) the BTFC Committee will consider the merits of whether repayment of the grant is required
