There are five major categories which are then broken down into smaller groups.
Those major groups are Salt water, Fresh water, forests, open areas, and urban and residential areas.

4. Open areas Open areas can be divided into

Deserts and sagebrush plains
Mountain cliffs, gorges, and mesas
Apline tundra and meadows

5. Size The next feature to focus on is size There are seven sizes

6. Behavior Behavior is the next feature
There are a lot of things you can tell about a bird from its behavior
Some of the things you can look for are its behavior

on ground, bushes, and trees
