Resolution Conflict Lincoln’s Assassination April 14, 1865 Causes of Civil War: Ways for students to get info: Could use Brainpop: Civil War for all events (except it does NOT show Antietam or Vicksburg in the Brainpop video), or use the blue links on each event title provided for each event or a combination of both Student Copy- You could accommodate by adding lines, making it bigger, etc. You could also give them pictures already included, or have the kids cut out the pictures and glue them on the correct event so that they flip over it. You could make it more difficult by taking out some of the events and having students determine what goes there. Student’s job is to write the significance of each event (see key on slide 2) They will answer the big question in the middle once they have learned about all of the events
