Introduction Motion capturing for frisbee throwing
Based on a previous project Done with Unity (C#) Would be used in demonstration purposes in SimLab Main goal is to make an awesome and entertaining demo tool Gameplay elements Improved graphical appearance Features showcasing the motion capture aspect Very easy to use Project partner: University of Tampere

Team One manager, five developers All have experience in Java
Experience from other programming languages Also some 3D-modeling and UX/UI-design experience Some have tried Unity (C#)

COmmunication Every week face to face, fixed time
Every two weeks with the project partner Slack within the group – with the partner Two times a week update to Slack

Development model Scrum Functional testing at end of the sprint
2 week sprints Add one feature from the backlog Daily scrum reduced to two times a week Functional testing at end of the sprint Requires hand-on testing with actual equipment Trello for project management

Unity, C#, Scrum, git Project goals being left ambiguous Not being able to estimate time needed for tasks Feature creep Getting feature priorization wrong Project is not the main occupation for participants Scheduling and communication challenges Challenge: simulating frisbee flight
